Hi Friends, so much has changed recently! All of these changes can make us feel a little nervous and uncertain. What helps you when you're feeling nervous? For me, seeing friends can help, listening to music, reading a book, or playing can help me feel a lot better! That's why Sarah and I decided to share this book with you. It's one of our favorites!
